U.S. Embassy Supports Youth Art

On December 21 the Green Cross Belarus NGO opened an exhibition of youth art “Christmas Fairytale. In My Homeland” at Tut.by Art Gallery that hospitably welcomed young artists and their teachers on its premises. The event is a part of the US Embassy Small Grants Program funded project  “Social and Creative Education of Young Artists in the Context of Global Space”.  At the opening ceremony Natalia Svyatkina, the project director, presented a recently published colorful  album that is  a 200-pages collection of the International Children’s Art Contest “In My Homeland”  winning artworks.  The participants enjoyed fabulous pictures and friendly communication in the festive Christmas atmosphere created by young artists and their friends from the Fratres music band.
