U.S. Embassy Statement on the Minsk Metro Bombing

The U.S. Embassy expresses its deepest condolences to the people and Government of Belarus, especially to the families of the victims, after the terrible loss of life and injuries resulting from the bombing in the Minsk Metro on April 11.  We condemn in the strongest possible terms this cowardly and heinous act.   We wish those who sustained injuries a full and speedy recovery.
