U.S. helps Belarus Preserve Its Musical Heritage

On January 29 Ambassador Kozak officially dedicated the computer equipment provided by the U.S. Government to the National Library of Belarus to assist with the project of transferring rare recordings of Belarusian musicians to CDs.
