Win an iPad in U.S. Embassy's 20th Anniversary Design Contest

Are you an artist or just enjoy graphic design? Get a chance to win an iPad! 

U.S. Embassy Minsk is pleased to announce a logo design contest to mark the 20th anniversary of Belarusian-American relations and the founding of the American Embassy in Belarus.  You are invited to design an interesting and captivating logo that best reflects the importance of the 20 years of the U.S. Embassy’s presence in Belarus and the spirit of its anniversary.

The contest is open to the citizens of Belarus only. Employees of the U.S. Embassy in Minsk are not eligible to participate. All entries should be submitted by 9 AM on January 30, 2012 and conform to the following conditions:

• All entries should constitute the contestant’s original work and design;
• Each contestant is welcome to submit no more than five entries;
• Submissions should be sent to program@usembassy.minsk.by attached as jpeg files along with your last and first name, date of birth and your contact phone number in the body of the email message.
• Submitted works remain the intellectual property of the contestants. By submitting an entry participants allow the U.S. Embassy to use their works on the Embassy webpage, IRC Facebook page, as well as U.S. Embassy’s promotional materials and at public events.
• The Embassy is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or otherwise unusable entries and reserves the right to disqualify an applicant at any time during or after the contest if s/he provides fraudulent or invalid information.

The winner will be selected through open voting on the U.S. Embassy’s IRC Facebook Page. The entries for Facebook voting will be selected by the U.S. Embassy and posted on January 31. iPad will be awarded to the top winner selected by the majority of voters.
