Chargé d’Affaires Ethan Goldrich Enjoys Cultural Offerings of Vitebsk

Chargé d’Affaires Ethan Goldrich attended a November 24 concert at the Vitebsk Philharmonic by the American group “Manhattan Jazz Connection,” which toured Belarus November 21-25.  Goldrich also visited the childhood home of the artist Marc Chagall, as well as the Marc Chagall Museum at the Vitebsk Art Center.  During the visit, he also met with the Deputy Governor and other Vitebsk municipal and provincial officials.
